Meet Alecia Marie
Curated by Alecia Marie was built on a simple belief that every event, regardless of size or budget, deserves the same level of intentionality, structure, and care. With a professional background in community engagement management and direct experience leading multi-day conferences and large-scale galas, I started this business to bring that same disciplined approach to organizations and entrepreneurs who deserve more than just a day-of coordinator.
My work is rooted in the nonprofit and association world. I understand the weight of planning an event when resources are limited, volunteer capacity is stretched, and every detail reflects your organization's reputation. That context shapes how I plan, how I communicate, and how I show up on site. Having supported events serving 300+ attendees, including sponsors, exhibitors, and executive stakeholders, I hold the Special Event Design Certificate from the PCMA Event Leadership Institute because I believe the best planners never stop learning.
Beyond the work, I'm a Maryland-based creative who believes the best events feel like they were inevitable, like everything was always supposed to come together exactly that way. That's what I'm here to build with you.
